My friends, sorry to be the bearer of sad news, but I was informed earlier today that our beloved Roxboro and CHHS classmate, Robbie Bauer

(Maiden last name Heumann)

passed away peacefully this morning from ALS.

Robbie wrote to me about three weeks ago that she had been diagnosed with ALS.

Robbie and I did exchange messages via messenger with our last exchange last week after Xmas. She wrote that she was happily surrounded by her family, including siblings, nephews and nieces.

Robbie was truly a lovely and genuine soul.

Please know that she is now Resting in Everlasting Peace.
