Vance was a friend of my brother Tom Elliott. Tom was in the class of 71 and he passed in August of this year. I remember Vance moved out of state (Pennsylvania I believe) after high school and passed away in 1978 after he had returned home after a brief visit to his old friends in the Cleveland area. He was a funny kid as I recall and drove his Dad's 1953 Buick around town. I liked him even though he punched me in the arm a few times for being an annoying pest in my role of Tom's little brother. They let me hang out with them a few times and I recall going with them to race slot cars at the Severance Center May Company. He died much too young. Larry Elliott
