Survived By: Parents, George and Peggy Krantz, Chardon, Ohio. Sister, Rejeana Jo (David) Moss, Brother, Edward (Debbie) Krantz of Cleveland; and many neices and nephews.

Al was a kind and caring man, than had endured many personal trials, the most devasting was watching his wife, and the love of his life die right before his eyes, in a tragic accident. He loved motorcycles, and had raced as a young man. He worked for 20 years at SouthEast Harley Davidson, as Service Manager for the Golf Cart Division. He also worked, with his Father's Business, Krantz & Son, in Chardon, Ohio, selling & repairing lawn equipment. He enjoyed collecting motorcycle memoribilia. He was a good friend to many and under his "larger than life" appearance, was a tender heart. He will truly be missed by all of us that loved and knew him. Good news, all the motorcycles, lawn movers, and golf carts in heaven, are under control!

I am sorry about Al's passing.  Whenever he saw me walking to Heights, he would always give me a ride on the back of his motorcycle.  When I was trudging up to May Company to have my senior picture taken (and it was raining) Al rode by (since he was also a "K") and gave me a ride there too.

Al and I raced motocross together a few times in '71 and '72. He was one hell of a better rider than I was. A good, honest guy. I still mention him in stories about the 'old days'. Rest in peace
