Elaine R. Vadnal, age 82, of Euclid, passed away on October 10, 2017.
 She was born in Cleveland, on October 5, 1935 to Lewis and Elizabeth Spinnler (both deceased).
 Elaine was a devoted wife and mother who enjoyed spending time with her family. She worked as a receptionist at WEWS TV5 and the Cuyahoga County Auditor's office. For many years, she served as hostess on many travels with her husband's band. Elaine was a parishioner of St. Mary's Church, Collinwood.
 Elaine is survived by loving husband of 60 years, Richard L. Vadnal; her children Suzanne, Nancy (Thomas) Douglas, and Richard (Meg Harris); her grandchildren Erin (Mike) Whitton, Halley and Brenton Douglas, Athena and Lydia Vadnal; great grandchildren Sydni and Blaze Whitton; and many nieces and nephews.
 She was preceded in death by her sister, Elizabeth Bell; and brother, William Spinnler.
 Elaine will be greatly missed by countless dear friends with whom she shared her outgoing personality and made lasting memories.
 A funeral mass will be held 10 am, Monday, October 16, 2017 at St. Mary's Church, 15519 Holmes Ave., Cleveland.
 Visitation will be held on Sunday from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Monreal Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd., Eastlake.
