I met Terry in Junior High School (Nathan Hale). He played basketball and I played at being a cheer leader. We were sweet on each other through high school. We planned to go to the prom together, but he told me a couple weeks before that he was not going. On prom night he came with Carol and I came with the man I married in 1972. I never spoke to Terry again and felt that we had unfinished business. Physically I thought Terry was my ideal man and he haunted my dreams for years. I was very sad to hear of his passing, but from what I heard it seemed that he found his true calling and lived a righteous life. I hope he was happy.
