School Story:
My junior year we had a huge lecture about how important it was to celebrate the feast of St. Joseph and to be sure we always had that day off of school, so nobody was to take St. Patricks day off unless they were in the parade or truley sick. Of course half the school was sick on St. Pat's day. The next day there was a line that went from the office, down the hall and around the corner with kids with "sick notes". The next year we celebrated St. Joseph's day at school and St. patrick's day at the parade, legally! I wonder what they do today!
