LEDFORD, RICHARD ANDREW - age 51 of Clinton, passed away November 29, 2012 at Methodist Medical Center. He was a member of Second Baptist Church and employed at Shop Rite in Lake City. He was an avid dulcimer player and fisherman. He had a love for find food and was a master griller. He was preceded in death by his mother, Peggy Marie Rhyne Ledford; grandparents, Rev. Leonard and Bertha Rhyne, and Lee and Juanita Knox. Survivors: wife of 30 years, Kim Ledford; sons: Jeremy Ledford and wife Melanie of Lenoir City, Chris Ledford and fiancée Elizabeth Huskins of Erwin; father, Alan Ledford and wife Nancy of Claxton; grandchildren: Riley and Amelia Robinson; brother: Robert Ledford and wife Gwen of Morristown; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Ronnie and Jacque Moneymaker of Claxton; brother-in-law: Randy Moneymaker and wife Linda of Goose Creek, S.C.; nieces: Alison and Casey; special fishing buddy: Anthony Hensley of Claxton; several aunts, uncles, & cousins. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The ALS Association, Development Dept, 27001 Agoura Road, Suite 250, Calabasas Hills, CA 91301. The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 1, 2012 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 8:00 pm in the chapel with Rev. Mike Thompson & Rev. Justin Pratt officiating. Family and friends will meet at Cox Cemetery in Claxton at 10:00 am on Sunday, December 2nd for graveside services.
