Gloria Talbott Pressley

Gloria Talbott Varnado Pressley, age 54, of Knoxville, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2015 at home. She was a member of Inskip Baptist Church. She was a loving and devoted mother, wife, and grandmother. She was kind-hearted and gentle to everyone she met. She loved her family dearly and always kept us smiling.

Preceded in death by parents, S.E. and Tiny Talbott; brother, Sam Talbott. Survivors: husband, Larry Pressley; daughters, Marianna and Stacha; son, Richard; grandchildren, Carter, Braden, Blaze, and Patience; several nieces and nephews; many friends and family. 

Family and friends will meet 11:45 a.m., Thursday at Greenwood Cemetery for a 12:00 p.m. graveside service and interment. Rev. Mike Segers officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday at Stevens Mortuary, Oglewood Avenue at N. Broadway.
