Christy,

I know you’re in heaven looking down on us…probably thinking, “Man, you guys are crazy!” As your childhood friends, we remember you as a person who always had a smile on her face and who didn’t have a mean bone in her body. As we move forward and prepare our 20-year class reunion, you will be in the warmest places of our hearts and at the forefront of our minds every step of the way. We won’t be saddened by your absence (you wouldn’t want that), but instead, we’ll celebrate the great memories we have of you…we’ll celebrate your life. Please know that we are at ease knowing that you’re in God’s arms and will be waiting to greet us at the pearly gates of heaven.

We love and miss you…we’ll see you on the other side.

Rest in peace,

Scott Stout

Christy,

Girl, you were always so fun! You put goof in goofy and we all loved that about you. I was so shocked to hear of your passing, as so many of us were. Yet, I am thankful that you suffer no more.

I know you are having a great time there, and although we miss you, we wouldn't want you to come back. Darlin'...you've arrived! Enjoy...you've earned it.

Rest in the arms of Jesus, my friend. Before you know it, we'll be there too, and you can show us around the place. If by chance I miss you at the gate, stop by my mansion. My address is Crystal Sea Blvd. You'll know which one is mine by all the bling-bling. :-)

With much love,

Melinda

Christy,
You are so dear to me... You shared something with me that no other person did... You helped introduce me to Jesus... We were going into the 4th grade that summer, I do believe... You were one of my first Bestest friends... We had a lot of fun playing together... You invited me to join you at bible school at Jeffersonville that summer, after a few days of attending you talked with me about what it meant to be saved... At such a young age you was an awesome witness of God... I was saved that evening during Bible School and you sat there with me and prayed as we cried tears of joy... We were so young and innocent, yet we knew... Christy I Love you my Friend... Even though as we grew older through the school years and we went separate ways... We would often talk in the hallways or outside the school in passing... And we knew that we had shared a special time that I hold dearly to my heart... Years later when my son was saved at a very young age I was able to share my story with him... Then when you passed I was so sad... I know that you have a special place up in Heaven...
ILY,
Bonnie
