Hope all are doing well. Spring is just around the corner so yard work here we come.

I posted this site a couple of weeks ago and I realized when I heard from some they didn't know there was a 2nd video there (which is by far the better of the two as far as eductional value). If you don't understand the term "Oligarchy" as a form of governemnt or think we live in a democracy then you should take the time to view this 10 minute segment.

Becky Wyatt Hi Boys and Girls Any other politcal junkies out there who have an opinion on the AIG debacle? Seems to me the gov't should have done their homework before they gave the money. Also have read that Freddie Mac has a very similar bonus structure and they got more TARP money than AIG has received but no one is threating the lives of their execs....what's the difference? Any thoughts???

Carla Leonard Becky--interesting how "they" found that mistake in the bill now, your fave "Queen Nancy" wants to take credit for the 90% taxation of those bonus'...I would take the 10% of a million bonus but, yeah nothing is being directed at the Freddie & Fannie fiasco. No one could read that bill before it passed? Don't "they" have people called a staff, too?

Becky Wyatt Speaking of Queen Nancy, she wants to tax americans who earned money through a legal contract at 90% but she thinks it's "un-american" to enforce immigration laws?????? And since she is so tax happy does she even realize illegals don't pay taxes?

Well, I haven't heard that and since "they" were able to pass this bill to tax AIG bonus' at 90%, what stops them from doing that to what..ever? Nada. The borders should have been secured yrs ago and look at what a nightmare Arizona is? There are so many illegals here now, how can that ever be dealt with? The illegals are in the process of bringing down our healthcare system, as well.. Their money goes back to relatives to get them over here? What do you do? Secure the borders now...

Becky Wyatt She made those remarks a few days ago at a rally of guess who???? Immigrants. There is nothing to stop them from passing laws to tax us more and more and on anything they like. Our only recourse is to get involved and push people of like minds to elect people who will stand up to the powers that be as they now sit upon their throwns.

I am disgusted w/ the blatant hypocrisy of the elite elected officials, who do the same as the Corporate executives they chastise so well in public...how ironic? Can you say send that jet to my family & I...like now? Anyone else out there?...

2nd video is very informative. I would guess that most americans cannot explain the diferrence between a Republic and a Democracy and they sure would be stumped to define an Oligarchy! I enjoy a discussion about differnet points of view, what I hate is that so many people act like sheep these days and don't bother to learn more than the sound bite they hear between songs on the radio....people need to try more to educate themselves on what their elected representatives are actually doing on their behalf.

Carla Leonard That video should be played in all classrooms in this country. All Americans should watch it, too...it certainly informed me of what, I was not aware of. However, that will not happen w/ the sheep, as you say and the history books are full of "mis-information", if you will. You know sometimes, "history is a group of lies agreed upon"...

Joannie, the boys and I are doing fine. Kyle is doing very well with the drums. His teacher says he's her favorite student.

Bakery business: A lady in town has a small sandwich/bakery shop and has been talking with me about sub-contracting cakes for her. I made a pirate ship cake yesterday and delivered it this morning. The little boy was so excited and happy about the pirates. I've also got several cakes due this week. Some though are for the family. My twin neices will be 3 years old and they want Dora on their cake. They are just way too cute. And they know they have my heart tied onto their little fingers.

Hope all is going well for you. Stay healthy and out of the hospital!!
