Babysitting service

Hi Everyone!

There is a really great option for babysitting for the reunion weekend called BCS sitters.  I spoke with the owner, Jennifer, today and she is great.  She is a friend of Jodi Harper (Justin's wife).  The link to their website is:

http://www.bcssitters.com/

Here's how it works: If you will need a sitter, go to the website and fill out an interest form (under the how it works button).  Be sure to put that the sitting will be for the 2004 10 year vet school reunion in the comments section.Once you have submitted the form, Jennifer will call you and discuss specific needs.  You can collaborate with other families that are brining kids and get a group together and hire one or several babysitters for a small  group of children.  The sitters will come to the hotel, babysit in your room or at the reception banquet room.  Jennifer says they are very flexible and she is really happy to accomodate the needs of our group.

Unfortunately, the reunion committee cannot be directly involved in hiring or paying for babysitting services so each family will need to fill out the forms if you plan to use the service at any time during the weekend. You can use this forum or the message boards to connect with classmates who are also bringing kids.

The majority of sitters are A&M education majors or A&M students.  They have undergone multiple background checks.  Since the reunion is the first week of summer break, you need to fill out your forms soon so that they will be sure to have enough sitters for the weekend.

Please let me know if you have any questions.  Once you fill out the interest form and talk to Jennifer, she can also answer more specific questions regarding the sitting service.

Best-

Amy
