Fred was a kind person whose life was full of energy. He was always there as a friend willing to give what was needed, never asking in return. I have many fond memories of growing up together, enjoying the years adolescence. Fred was like a brother, he was there to listen, lending a hand and giving of himself. Generosity was his greatest asset; he always shared with others so they would not go without. I think of Fred often and will always remember him as a true friend.                Ernie Elliott
