Bennie Lee West passed away January 15, 2014 in Colorado Springs, CO. He was born January 27, 1949 in Colorado Springs to Eugene and Elizabeth Gardino-West.He was a graduate of the Air Force Academy High School. He lettered in football, track, basketball and wrestling. He attended the University of Southern Colorado and received a Bachelor of Social Work in December of 1984.
