David was born in May of 1944 and passed away in May 2011 at the age of 66 of health related causes in Nashville TN. He is survived by four sons, one granddaughter, two brothers and two sisters.

"Dave was a good friend, brother-in-law and brother in Christ. He was devoted Christian and father. Dave wa a very talented artist and I will cherish his paintings always. He will truly be missed by his family and friends."
