School Story:
Had 25 boyfriends in kindergarten! This was at Adams Elem. in Wichita, KS. Used to be able to name them all. Now I only remember 1......sort of. Then I went to Gardiner Elem, also in Wichita. Enjoyable!
Hamilton Jr. High I went to 7th & 8th grade - Biggest thing that happened was I was coming home from church and got grabbed by a man who crossed me on the sidewalk. I got his hand down and screamed. It was winter but I was heardThe whole thing was that my heel to my shoe was broken so I went to school late. I was devasted as my "boy friend" laughed! That ended the romance (sitting at an afternoon movie and boyfriends would come and sit with us). That I did only once and I really liked him. Didn't take long to learn what he was really. My feelings were really hurt!
We then moved to Colorado Spgs.,Colo. and went to Harrison High. We couldn't believe how small the school was; complained to the point mom and dad were talking of moving back! I think within 2 weeks we fell in love with it, My sister Sharon was in the Class of 1956, I was 58 and our brother, Richard, graduated in 63?
