Stanley Yates Dallam, 67, of Columbia passed away Friday, Oct 5, 2018 at his home.

Stan’s request was for cremation. He was entombed in Jacksonville, MO, receiving full military honors arising from his military duties.

Stan was born Jan. 22, 1951 in Columbia to the late W.R. and Anna Dallam. He graduated from Hickman High School in 1969.

Stan was a finish carpenter and a master of many trades. He enjoyed gardening and working on old cars. He would have the hood up on your car before you pulled in the driveway. He had a passion for antiques and loved finding unique objects.

He is survived by a son, Andy Griffith; and sister Sherry Bohannon; two grandchildren, Alijah and Alexia Griffith of Columbia; and two nieces, Marti Richards of St. Charles and Marci Mitchell of Columbia; and his beloved dog Tubig.
