Allan F. Price, 67, of Columbia passed away suddenly on Monday, July 24, 2017 at his home.
Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 27, at Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 28, at the funeral home, with Pastor Shay Roush officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Allan was born on July 14, 1950, in St. Louis, the son of Raymond Leslie and Martha Washington (Krueger) Price. Martha died at an early age and Raymond later married Melba Davis.
Allan was married on Nov. 30, 1985, in Columbia to Tina Wilson, who survives of the home.
He was a local home builder and contractor. Allan was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved anything outdoors. He enjoyed being with his family, but especially spending time with his granddaughters. Allan was a giver; he loved serving people, and served his family well. He will be sorely missed by all who loved him.
Besides his wife of almost 32 years, he is survived by his children, Connor Price (Jacquelyn), Cooper Price (Chanel Chaponick), and Mackenzie Bartley (Grady), all of Columbia; two granddaughters, Eleanor Grace Price and Annabelle Marie Bartley; two sisters, Jeanette Cohen (Alan) and Cynthia Bopp; nieces and nephews, Sydney and Kyra Haigh, Seth and Leah Bopp, Sam and Claire Cohen, Taylour, Hayley, Aubrey and Emma Wilson; father and mother-in-law, Robert and Joan Wilson; and brother-in-law, Terry Wilson (Joanna).
He was preceded in death by his parents and stepmother; and brother-in-law, Richard Bopp.
Memorials may be left to Young Life of Columbia or the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
