Elizabeth Herold - Class Of 1982

Elizabeth HeroldCHESTER - Elizabeth Anne "Beth" Blair, beloved special education teacher at Queen Anne's County High School, Md., passed away on Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017. She was 53.
Beth was born on Dec. 20, 1963, in Neubrucke, Germany, the daughter of John Michael and Ruth Ann Grimes Herold of Grasonville, Md. Beth received her education at Concord College, W.Va., with a B.S. in education, where she pursued a passionate career working with special education students.
Beth was an active member of Christ's Church Parish, Kent Island, Md. Her church participation was highlighted by a mission trip to Kenya with her daughter, Haley, and mother, Ruth Anne. She especially enjoyed her extended family at Club One fitness while pursuing her passion of fitness and marathon races.
In addition to her parents, Col. John and Ruth Ann Herold, Beth is survived by her daughter, Haley Lynne Blair of Delmar, Md.; dog, John Henry "the Frenchy" of Dallas, Texas. Beth had three siblings, her twin sister, Heidi Lynn Kline of Chester, Md.; brothers, Col. Robert Herold of Ft. Campbell, Ky., and John Herold of Columbus, Ohio
A visitation will be held on Friday, Dec. 15, 2017, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Christ Church in Stevensville, Md., where services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017, at 11 a.m. Internment will follow in Broad Creek Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Christ Church Parish, 830 Romancoke Road, Stevensville, MD 21666; Chesapeake Cats and Dogs, 326 Wye Mills Road, Queenstown, MD 21658.

R.I.P Beth. Your smile and personality was always warm and friendly. You were truly a sweetheart. Love you friend. This saddens my heart. I'm crying as I write this post.
