Midland, GA- Mrs. Twanda La "Shun" Walker, 47, of Midland, GA died Thursday, March 15, 2018 in Columbus, GA.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. EST, Saturday, March 24, 2018 at St. Paul C.M.E. Church, Crawford, AL with Rev. Dr. W.J. Burton, officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, March 23, 2018 from 2-8 p.m. EST according to Taylor Funeral Home, Inc.
Mrs. Walker was born July 31, 1970 in Miami, FL to Louise Cooper Eiland and the late Willie Lee Mullins. She was a 1988 graduate of William H. Spencer High School and had been employed with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia and she was a member of Nazareth Baptist Church.
Survivors include: husband Christopher L. Walker of Midland, GA; mother, Louise (Mitchell) Eiland of Phenix City, AL; three daughters, Miyanna, Aaliyah, Aaliyanna Redding all of Midland, GA; one sister, Tina (George) Askew of Ft. Mitchell , AL; four brothers, Terry and Jerry Mullins both of Columbus, GA, Sherman Allen and Jeremy (Cenetia) Eiland both of Phenix City, AL and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
