Bobby Lopez McCain April 16, 1967- March 5, 2007 COLUMBUS, GA— Bobby Lopez McCain, age 39, resident of Columbus, died on Monday, March 5, 2007 at his residence. Funeral services are scheduled at the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Columbus on Saturday, March 10, 2007, 11 A.M. with Rev. Mike Burney officiating. Interment will follow at Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, March 9, 2007 from 6-8 P.M. Mr. McCain, son of the late Marion Isaiah McCain and Mary Lee Meadows McCain of Cusseta, GA., was born April 16, 1967 in Evanston, IL. He was a cable and wiring installer and also a member of Cascade Hills Church. Besides his mother, Mr. McCain is survived by his wife, Naomi McCain of Columbus; one step-daughter, Jasmine Creekmore of Atlanta, GA.; three sisters, Marilyn Wards of Waukegan, IL., Sandra Baker of Columbus, and Janice Byrd of Waldoff, MD.; five brothers, James McCain of Washington, DC., Xavier Gardner of Chicago, IL., Joseph Gardner and his wife Barbara of Evanston, IL., Stanley Gardner and his wife Phyllis of Columbus, and Dana McCain and his wife Michelle of Washington, DC.; nieces, nephews; other relatives and friends.
