Aaron A. Hourel August 28, 1953- November 11, 2016 Columbus, GA- Mr. Aaron A. Hourel, 62, of Columbus passed on Friday, November 11, 2016. Memorial service for Mr. Hourel will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, November 18, 2016 at Main Post Cemetery, Ft. Benning, GA with Full Military Honors. Rev. Doctor Ralph Huling will deliver the eulogy according to the Charles E. Huff's International Funeral Home located at 927-5th Avenue Columbus. Mr. Aaron A. Hourel was born on August 28, 1953 in Columbus to the late Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Hourel, Sr. He joined the Mt. Tabor Baptist Church at an early age and was a 1972 Spencer High School graduate. After graduation he joined the United States Army serving at home and abroad. He retired from the US Army Reserve in 2012. He was an avid reader with great comprehension which made him navigate easily through life. He never met a stranger and had a conversation for anyone. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Michael Hourel and Willie Hourel. He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Latasha Hourel, his wife, Marilyn Pargo, two sisters, Barbara (Larry) Hourel Taylor and Dorothy Hourel; two brothers, Frederick (Bonnie) Hourel, Jr. and Eddie D. Hourel; a devoted and special cousin, Vivian Creighton Bishop a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The family has asked that all family and friends assemble at the Charles E. Huff's International Funeral Home at 10:00 A.M
