A memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday, January 12, 2019 at Greater Beallwood Baptist Church 4419 Sherwood Ave. Columbus, GA. where Rev, Adrian Chester is the pastor. Pastor Ronnie Lee will officiate the service according to Hill-Watson Memorial Chapel at Rose Hill LLC 2919 Hamilton Road Columbus, GA. Ms. Pitts was born January 6, 1976 to the late George W. and Mylee Dotson Pitts Sr.. Sylvia worked as an Emergency Communications Technician with the Columbus Police Department and an Assistant Director/Manager at Growing Room II. She loved spending time with family and friends. Sylvia leaves to cherish her precious memories, Michael Hill, a devoted and loving friend of 28 years; 19 siblings, Angila (Gregory), Erica (Corey) Michele (Frank), Norma, Kimberly (Destiny), Patricia (Titus), Gloria, Brenda, Dorothy (Freddie), Bertha, Vivian (Herman), JoAnna (Lewis), George W., Daniel, Steven (Zina), George A.
