William Otis Jennings (Bill) was born to the late Alice P. Jennings and Daniel L. Jennings Sr. on August 9, 1951 in Atlanta, Georgia. William had six siblings including Daniel, Euerka, Byron, Johnathan, Matthew and Lori.

He is survived by his two sisters and one of his younger brothers, as well as his only daughter, Adrienne Jennings, and grandson, Otherius Moon (6 years old). William was loved by many. He had several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

William was a graduate of Spencer High School in Columbus, GA, and a pre-med graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minn. where he met his future wife Otheria Faye Roberson. William overcame a great deal of adversity in his life, accomplished many things, and shared his joy of living with many.
