SLVINSKI, Robert "Bob" J. Slivinski, age 75, of Columbus, passed away on Friday, October 21, 2022.  A native of Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania, Bob was born on July 9, 1947, to the late Helen "Holly" (Holodnak) and Alfred F. Slvinski, Sr.  A 1965 graduate of Bishop Watterson High School, he was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corp, Reserves.   Bob retired after a long career with  Mail Sort, Inc.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sidster, Deborah Bain, and the love of his life, Connie Harrison.  Bob is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Alfred and Dianne Slivinski of Galena; sister Donna Milacek of Columbus; neices and nephews plus many other "family" and friends.  Family received friends one hour before the funeral service which was held on November 2, 2022 at the Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest in Grove City.  Pastor Ted McFadden officiating, with a Committal Service including Military Honors at the Grove City Cemetery folowing the funeral service.
