Pat was a dear friend of mine. He was the most kindhearted person and would do anything for anybody. I remember the day I found out about him passing. I have thought of him often over the years

Skip was one of the first I met and befriended when I moved back to Commerce in the 5th grade. I never saw a frown on his face...gone way to soon.

Patrick was so crazy when we were growing up. He teased me so much. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have made it through the 5th grade. He was a true angel sent from heaven.

I remember Patrick as one of the nicest people I ever met in my life. I didn't find out about him passing until I saw it here. I was really sad to hear it, but thoughts of him will always put a smile on my face. Rest in peace, Pat.

What I remember most about Pat is his awesome smile and his open manner. We were shattered when he died. It's nice to think of him, now, and smile to myself, thinking about that smile.

Skip was one of the best friends i ever had and and think about him all the time. He was taken from us in the youth of his life, but it was an honor knowing him and will always consider him my brother. My love and thoughts are with his family forever.

Skip was a trip. My favorite memory was when he came running in the doors by the band hall just before school started. He ran right at me and grabbed me -- it was a bit scary as he had this frantic look on his face (glasses all crooked & half-broken of course) He grabbed me by the shoulders and said something to the effect of "help me, hide me!" Apparently his dad had seen him smoking cigs over at the Conoco.

As his dad busted through the doors with a hard mean steel look on his face, Pat (still holding my shoulders) ducked behind me in a lame attempt to hide (let's consider our relative sizes.) And yes, he was totally willing to sacrifice me to Mr. Henry - friends be damned!

I loved Pat, but that was the only time I found more strength than him and gave his ass up so quick!!!! Last I saw as I was running down the hall, his dad was dragging him out the door - it might have been by his ear.

Later Pat just laughed it off - you know the laugh I"m talking about.... Then he went over to Conoco to smoke a cig.

I bet we all think about Pat more than we thought we ever would. Love and peace to his family.
