NORFOLK -- Two North Carolina men were killed after the Camaro they were in slammed into an oncoming car early Sunday, police said.
The accident happened at 2:41 a.m. at the intersection of Ruthven Road and Terminal Boulevard, police said.
Todd Adrian Tysinger, 30, of the 400 block of Janie St. in Kannapolis, N.C. and Robert Shawn Fulghum, 30, of Concord, N.C., stationed aboard the destroyer Barry, were both pronounced dead at the scene.

It's hard t believe that it's been almost 13 years since we lost Shawn and Todd. Shawn was such a care-free, honest, talented person and I still miss him today. His spirit lives on in my memories and my life today. He is missed!!!

I still have problems believing that Todd and Shawn are no longer with us. I see Timbs (Shawn's Sister) so often and I cannot help but think of him. They were good friends.
