KATHLEEN JANE SCHRAMM, 87, died on Friday, Feb. 17, 2012, at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne. Born in Van Wert, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Anna Blair. She was an active member of Trinity English Lutheran, Fort Wayne. She was secretary to the principal at Crestview High School, a Van Wert High School secretary and a newspaper clerk for the Van Wert Times Bulletin. She is survived by her children, Carolyn Schramm of Fort Wayne and Daniel Schramm of Milwaukee, Wis.; and brother, Charles Blair of Van Wert, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Irvin Schramm, in 2005; daughter, Joyce Schramm, in 1997; and daughter-in-law, Jolinn (Grandy) Schramm. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2012, at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven. Pastor Frederick E. Hasecke officiating. Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2012, at the funeral home. Burial in Concordia Cemetery Gardens, Fort Wayne. Preferred memorials to Trinity English Lutheran Church.
