Bruce was born March 22, 1980, in Coos Bay. He died April 21, 2002, in Coos Bay.
Bruce was raised by his mother, Vicki Taylor and stepfather, Joe Taylor. He was a 1999 graduate of Marshfield High School. He went to work for Hallmark Fisheries as a member of the morning dock crew in 2000, and was employed there until his death. He also worked as a caregiver for senior and disabled persons.
Bruce loved to hunt with close friends and will be dearly missed by all who loved him.
He is survived by his parents, Vicki and Joe Taylor of Coos Bay and Jim Clark Sr. of Lebanon; brothers, James Clark Jr., his wife, Lacey and their son, Dylan, all of Sweet Home, and Emery Clark-Dean of Coos Bay; grandmother, Erma Smith of Lebanon; grandfather, Fred Dean of Klamath Falls; godmother, Jody Ellis of Myrtle Point; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and many close family and friends, including Solomon Jones of North Carolina, Ken, Dianne and John Bastendorff and Carmen, Donnie, Jessica and Robert Conn, all of Charleston and Rob, Rava, Logan and Brandy Green of Coos Bay.
He was preceded in death by his father, Dwayne, in October 2000; grandfather Smith, in November 2000; grandmother Dean, in December 2000; uncle, Kerry, in March 1989; and great-grandfather Randall, in May 1992.
