I remember meeting Jeannie on her first day at Sunset, in 7th or 8th grade (can't quite remember which). She seemed nervous and felt a little out of place being in a new town at a new school. She quite effortlessly made the transition though, and quickly made a lot of friends. I never knew her as well as I would've liked...but I DO remember that she was always fun, outgoing and very well-liked. Her passing shocked us all, but she definitely left her mark on our class that will remain forever.
