HEY people. Yes it is true. I did extend then invite to Class of 98. I'm sorry for those of you who dont like the idea, but we are all grown adults and hopefully after 10 years have learned to socialize. Anyway I dont think too many 98 will be attending. You all have to understand that in order to have a reunion at the Holiday Inn or anywhere else for that matter you need to meet a certain amount of attendees. So i kind of have to hope that with joining both class I wont have to worry about forking over money out of my pocket. I really would like to see everyone there regardless of who's invited or not. Let the past be the psst. and show that even after 10 years CLASS OF 99 is still better than 98. after all whos putting this thing on.. 99 baby!!!!
Don't get me wrong I love the class of 98 (Remember, I was voted most sarcastic by all you people)I have no problem with them being there but I thought it would be fun for just 99 to be there and then invite 98 or even 2000 in the future if we ever have another reunion.
I agree with Maricela and Stephanie this is our ten year reunion I think everyone will show up from our class they just wont sign up until the last minute
By the way...I'll be posting a message in the Corcoran Journal sometime this next week to let Class of 1999 know Aug 15th is reunion date we need to spread the word

I have the actual picture of our class that we took after a rally. I got it from when i was in yearbook class. Alfredo or anyone else, would you like me to get it enlarged and have it on display?
Fernando and Mari, Alf and I were actually talking about getting our old school pics from back in the day and maybe making a slide show. I know i have a bunch of good ones too. Do you two want to take on the project?
We do want to get the majority of the money in hopefully by the last week of July. So if anyone is ready to pay sent payment to Alf at the address he provided.
Also, since i see a lot of peeps I will also be taking payments for the Reunion IF that is more convinent for you. If paying at my work I do ask that it is the EXACT amount since i cannot give back change. Or by check or money order and i can forward on to Alfredo. I'll provide receipts.

Mari there is slide show equipment avaialable , Holiday inn can provide this for a $25 fee. I also think its a good idea. Mari and Fernando you are in charge of the slide show, this whole delegated responsabilities is kinda cool. There will be no tickets at the door due to the fact that a final count and money has to be turned in prior to the event, if you have some sort of issue let me know and maybe we can work something out on an individual basis. This is why I gave you guys a deadline to have money in. If you have any questions or suggestions regarding anything let me know.
Fernando, I understand you are in Oakland. But I was thinking that maybe me and Cynthia can work on it. I can have people send pics to me or her and we can gather them up and then go from there. I am not trying to exclude you Fernando, but that's what I was thinking? Let me know.
WHAT???!!! class of 98??? i don't believe this has to do with anyone having a beef with 98 it's just that this our 10 year reunion and that's who should be invited. i'm not flying across the country to see peeps from another class I'm coming for 99 baby! (well now i'm not so sure if i will be going) oh well...reunion is now ruined cuz i won't be there. aaaaaahahahahahahahaha!!!! im disappointed.
OK PEOPLE, Class of 98 have withdrawn from the event. I Really do hope that everyone starts getting there money in asap because if i dont have the money by JULY 24, im afraid i will cancel our reunion. Please dont wait till the last minute we have no money to cover upfront deposits and expenses. Once again dont wait till the last minute. There will be limited tickets at the door, and when i say limited i mean limited. I would hate to turn people away at the door. I hope i dont sound like an ass but im just trying to be real here. I guess im alone on the issue but I thought it would have be great to see the class of 98. C-town is so small and everyone knows everybody and is friends with everyone. Thats why I enjoyed High School. That said, can't wait to start the electric slide.
