Best "Golf-Shark" I have ever met! I grew up with John Lee "JT" from the age of 7. We went to the same Elementary, Jr.High, and High School. He was one of my closest friends growing up. I had the fortunate pleasure of getting to see John about 2 weeks before he passed when I was in Corpus on vacation. Had I been able to know then what is now, I would have hugged him a little tighter when we embraced as I was preparing to head back to Kansas after my vacation and told him I Love Him. John Lee Trevino and his family will always be close in my prayers and thoughts. Every time I hit the golf course I have no doubt he is there trying to hustle some body out of some money. Not only was he a good hustler, he was a hell of a golfer. You are truly missed John. My daughter and son still remember their first fishing trip down in Texas and their "Uncle John" helping bring in the fish! I have a lifetime of memories of "JT" I will cherish for the rest of my days.Heraldo Pena
John, you will be missed. John Lee was always the first to do anything. The first time I met John I was in the 3rd grade. I just moved to Blance Moore Ele. John came up to me and just started to talk like if we had known each other for years. That strength of his, built courage in me. Thanks, John Lee. That same year in Mrs. Chapa's class. The teacher asked him, "Where were you born?” John, being the funny guy he was, response with, "In the hospital of course." God Bless You! You will be missed.
