Attended and graduated from UTSA, lived in San Antonio for 8 years, where I was a third grade teacher. Moved back to Corpus Christi when Gilbert and I started dating again. Taught kindergarten until our first son was born in 2001 and have been a stay-at-home mom. In 2009 I began working again, as a substitute teacher and a tutor, which I am still doing and loving the flexibility. I plan to return to full-time teaching when the right campus and position come along, no rush. Our children are amazing, brilliant and beautiful. Gilbert and I have been married since 2000, and he is incredibly wonderful and patient, a terrific husband and father. We are very blessed and thankful.
