Tommie Helen Davis was my best friend all through high school. She was a true friend. In our large Senior picture she is setting right next to me, which is where she was all through school, right beside me being my true friend. She had a sad life after school was finished and she died a sad hard death. I still miss her even after all these years. I hope and pray she is finally a peace.

Yes, Tommie was a best friend to Karen and also to me. The three of us are sitting together in the senior picture. Tommie deserved better than she got but I know she is happy now. I remember the morning a group of gals picked me up and we all went to her house for a morning "pajama party." You had to come as you were. How fun. I remember her Mom as well. She was super to us.

All the class of 59 will always remember the beautiful Tommie we knew then and hold her in our hearts the way she was.

I will always miss her.

I am very sorry to hear about Tommie. She was such a beautiful person, her personality spoke volumes.

I still remember her as a cheerleader and always had a smile; if she was your friend, she was true.

I am so sorry and I will mourn her. May she rest in peace.

I remember Tommie as an all-American girl. Full of life and lived it everyday. A big smile that was frozen on her face. The kind of girl you would be proud of taking her home to meet your Mom and Dad. Very trusting and honest. The good leave us way too soon. We shared many classes.
I will always remember her.
