I knew Joann from elementary school. I introduced her to her future husband, Johnny Williams. I only recently found out she has passed. She had beautiful hair. When my friend, Zoe Tipton (Howald) came to see me from California, Joann came over and we did her hair in a "Bubble". What great memories. God Bless her.
