Jack Forehand was called home to his eternal home in Heaven on Tuesday evening June 10th. Jack had struggled for the last several weeks with several health issues. His wife, Lynn, thanks everyone for all their prayers and support during this time. Jack's service will be held on July 18th. The time and place is still to be determined.
