For those that knew and loved Tracie, she passed away in June of 2005 due to complications from battling breast cancer.
I was blessed to have kept in close contact with her throughout high school, college, and beyond. I also was lucky enough to spend the last two weeks of her life by her side.
She left behind her husband Peter, parents Bud and Terry, brother Joey, sister Beth, and a young niece and nephew. (As well as countless friends!!)
She had a fantastic career after graduating from U of I in Champaign, and everyone should know she battled hard and stayed very positive during the ups and downs of her illness.
