He retired from the State of California Department of Insurance as a Bureau Chief in 2014.
Craig and Linda lived primarily in Costa Mesa, Covina, San Dimas and Chino. He and Linda have six children - Robert, Sandy, Elizabeth, David, Amy and Kristie- he was so proud of all of them and loved them so much! They also have 13 grandchildren and they were the apple of his eye!! Family was everything to him!! Craig was a born-again Christian and attended Calvary Chapel Chino Hills.
Craig was diagnosed with stage four kidney cancer on December 6, 2019. His doctor said he might live 1-2 years, but that was not to be. Craig passed away on March 6, 2020 ( one week before the Covid shut down). Craig had turned 70 years old on January 21, 2020. He is deeply missed by his family and friends!
I knew Craig well. We connected after graduating and twice worked for the same company. We went to the same church for several years. My wife Joy is good friends with Linda. One of the many things we had in common was that we were born on the same day!
