Thomas Andrew Hendriksen, 55, of Rancho Cucamonga, formerly of Upland, passed away October 4, 2006 at San Antonio Community Hospital, Upland.
He was born November 15, 1950 in Glendale, CA and was an Upland/Rancho Cucamonga resident for 20 years.
Tom is survived by his wife, Dena, two children, Angela Lynn Hendriksen and Keith Andrew Hendriksen, all of Rancho Cucamonga; his mother, Patricia (Richard) Gonzalez of Beaumont; two brothers, John (Lorraine) Hendriksen of Grass Valley and Peter (Julie) Hendriksen of Newport Richy, FL.
Tom loved his wife and children. He taught us how to love with no reservations. Forever in our hearts, he will be dearly missed.
Private Celebration of his life with private inurnment; burial at sea will be held.
