So sorry Mary. He was a good friend.Joyce Byrd (Slaughter)
Just saw Stan and Mary at the Christmas dinner, sat across from them and enjoyed our life stories. So saddened to hear of his passing. He will be missed. Condolences to Mary, my lifelong friend from the Mill Village.

Stanley was a wonderful friend and Cousin-In-Law. He could always make me and everyone around us laugh at his jokes, opinions, and prognostications. More important though was the fact that he was a good husband to my precious cousin, Mary, and a wonderful father to Stan and Steve, not to mention being a proud grandfather to his beautiful grandchildren. I will remember Stanley with fondness and love and pray that our paths will cross again one of these days.

Oh Mary we are just in shock as we know you are. Hope to be there with you tomorrow.
Have tried to reach Melda but am not catching her at home and the cell i have for her does not seem to be right.
So thankful that our class is having so much sweet fellowship before it is too late. Mary, you have both been such a special part of our gatherings.Just a sample of all the fun we will enjoy as we see him one by one through the years. Just pray we all choose to join him. May God continue to bless you and all the family now and evermore.
