William E. "Bill" Parham, 66, of Woodbury passed away Sat., March 1, 2014 at Vanderbilt Hospital following an extended illness.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Hilda Wood Parham of Woodbury; Children, Melissa (Eric) Stoker of Watkinsville, GA and Michael (Ashley)  Carter of Atlanta; 3 grandchildren, Savannah Stoker, Hudson Stoker and Mary Gaines Carter; Sister, Jane Petty of Oxford, GA.; Brother, Lee (Karen) Parham of Covington, GA.; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Ruth Parham of Covington, GA, Patricia Wood of Andersonville, SC. and Everett Wood of Macon, GA.  Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Erastus Tillman Parham & Emmie West Parham, Brother, Joe Parham and Sister, Shirley Jones.

Bill was a veteran where he served in the U.S. Navy, a member of the Cornerstone Community Church and retired from Bearings and Drives with over 30 years of service.  He loved his family and enjoyed life.
