Edie (Krebsbach) Tower died on July 11, 2020 This is the bio. that she provided on her classmates site:
Started flying for UAL in 1963 but had to quit in '66 because I got married. That was the rule for women only. Through a class action suit we got reinstated in '85, just fine with me because now my 2 daughters were grown. I loved it all! Sydney, Tokyo, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Mexico City, Guatemala, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Hawaiian Islands, Hong Kong. Just a blast! Two yrs ago went out on medical leave - frozen shoulder 2 surgeries, physical therapy. Doubt I'll go back even though otherwise healthy. Have been to the Twin Towers - knew somebody who worked there.
