Stan passed away May 12, 2021 at the age of 77. Stan was born in New Prague, MN to the late Jim and Eleanor (Franek) Skluzacek December 8, 1943.
Stan is survived by his sister Estelle Knoll and family of Greeneville, SC, brother Allen (Rosemary) Skluzacek and family of Crystal Lake, IL
He is also survived by his nephew, Gregory (Dawn) Skluzacek and family of Algonquin, IL, nieces, Nadine Galbraith and family of Crystal Lake, IL, Renee Edinger and family of Harvard, IL, Darcy (Rich) Mensik and family of Greenville, SC
Stan will always be remembered for his cantankerous but deep feeling personality with a prankster side. He is also known for his uncanny ability to reach those that he loved by thoughtfully providing the perfect gifts that everyone will remember. Stan was an avid reader and loved mystery and science fiction movies.
A celebration of life will be held at the Hickory Hall 406 W. Woodstock St., Crystal Lake, on June 18, 2021 hours 3-6, the 1st hours are for family.
