Linda Hurley was one of my best "buds" all through Jr High and High School. She was Funny and caring and knew how to be a friend. I have so many memories of Linda, one of which was we called her mom "HAPPY BOTTOM" because her name was Gladys.( GLAD ASS) We never said "your mom called, we said "HAPPY BOTTOM CALLED"( Okay, remember we were in the 6th grade.)
My sweetest memory of Linda was when she fell "in love" at about age 15 with Gary Mack. We hung around with Susie and Greg Friedman who had a house on the North Shore. Gary was a few years older ( a friend of their sister's Paula) We all grew up and moved on and lost touch as people do. Well, after a marriage and divorce and whatever happens in life Linda and Gary were married. I hope with all my heart Linda had happy years with Gary because he was her first serious "LOVE"
Linda, you were a good friend and always gave me a good laugh. I'm sorry you aren't here with us to see what life had in store for you. Just know you are not forgotten.
