AMHAUS, Gordon Arthur "Gordy", 65, of Brandon passed away November 11, 2012. He was predeceased by his parents, Elroy and Armella Amhaus. He is survived by his wife, Sherry Amhaus; son, Eric Amhaus and daughter-in-law Catie Amhaus, and son, Craig Amhaus and daughter-in-law Hattie Amhaus; four grandchildren, Ian, Alayna, Piper and Jackson; brothers, Glenn Amhaus and Dean Amhaus. Gordy was always the consummate gentleman who relished time with his family. Hearing Sherry's laugh and planning their next trip was something that always brought him happiness. It was the joy and pride of seeing his children and grandchildren that gave him great hope. Through every adversity that he faced he always saw the best in life. It was his outlook that will leave a lasting impression with everyone that had the opportunity to know and love him.
