AGNEW, William Joseph Thomas (Will), 26, of Blue Ridge died suddenly on Wednesday, April 30, 1997 at home. He was a creative and ambitious individual who pursued the study of languages. Will was particularly fluent in Spanish, enjoying and respecting cultural diversity. He was an avid runner. Will graduated from Lord Botetourt High School and attended George Mason University. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Frank Agnew and Harry Borsum. Surviving are his parents Kent T. and Patricia B. Agnew; a brother Daniel J. T. Agnew; a sister Jeanette E. Agnew, all of Blue Ridge; two grandmothers, Thelma T. Agnew, Roanoke, Doris T. Borsum, Lynchburg; and a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
