Surviving ar his mother and stepfather, Linda S. and Tim N. Harlow; father and stepmother, Steven L. and Becky Manning, Roanoke; three sisters, D. Brooke Harlow, Brittany Lynn Harlow, both at home, his stepsister Christina Manning; half sister, Erin Manning; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Glenn H. (Dot) Saunders, Vinton; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Thelma L. Manning, Roanoke.
