Phillip prayed the sinners prayer in the late 80's with me and my girlfriend. I shared the Roman Rd Good News Scriptures and some out of John. Phillip cried and we prayed more to forgive anyone that haharmed him or his loved ones. We did this at his residence by Hillcrest Rd and Nwhy. Mike Armstrong
Phil lived on Shadywood Ln earlier.I lived on Shadywood Ln also. He had me and some HP guys over in 10th grade. He had a garage apt there. Phil was always kind and friendly. I hope he got saved.
