Link graduated from North Texas State University in 1970 with a degree in Business. He lived in Denton and had a Triumph motorcycle. I dont tnink that death date is correct. It is close. His girl friend Dabni Harvey from Ft Worth was by his side for weeks at the end. He was sent home from the Hospital at Christmas and not told the trueth of his condition. Link had cancer his whole life and absolute made the best of the time he had. Always a good friend.
Lee "Oma Lee" Nelms (Davis)
I remember Linky always had a smile for everyone and his corvette. RIP

Linky showed me that to live well you didn't need movie star good looks or be a muscular hero. As a dumb, shallow teenager, I needed to learn that. He was a great fun person. I ran into him among thousands of people at a rock festival outside of Dallas in 1969. We listened to Led Zeppelin. Ramble On.
