Sorry to hear of Ken's passing.  He was one of the original Arthur Kramer kids when the school was built.  We were all in either the third of fourth grade then.  Ken was one of the neighborhood boys who would gather on the Kramer Front lawn and play football on the weekends. He also played on the YMCA 6 man teams at the time. and went on to play with the Kramer team through the 7th grade.  It was young boy football, but it was a lot of fun.  I heard from him a few years ago about the time we were all discovering Facebook.  We "spoke" back and forth a few times sharing experiences.  He had been living in Lubbock many years.

Ken was a good man.  Rest in peace, my friend.

Ken was a good guy.  After graduating from Texas Tech he joined the Mormon Church and went on mission for two years.  He kept the faith through out his life.   Several years ago he and his wife sold their home in  Lubbock.  They  moved  to Brazil for  to be "parents" to young  missionaries.  His last mission a year ago  was to upstate New York.

I am glad  we  reconnected. on FB.  We were in the same homeroom Franklin through Hillcrest.  He was jokester and I'm sure a great role model for young missionaries.
