Sheila Burkett Oliver - EHS Class of 1969

Mrs. Sheila Dianne Oliver age 65 of Rutledge, GA formerly of Dalton, passed away Saturday July 1, 2017 at her residence.

She was a member of Newborn Methodist Church.

Mrs. Oliver was preceded in death by her husband, Donald L. “Donnie” Oliver; father, Ralph Burkett; mother, Pauline Phillips; sister, Karen Burkett; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Rev. Donald Z. and Juanita Oliver.

Survivors include, daughter and son-in-law, Shelaine and Scott Hawkins, Rutledge, GA; sister, Tina Ivey, Dalton; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Charles “Chuck” and Gloria Oliver, Dalton; grandchildren, Kaitlin and spouse Josh Cowan; Victoria “Tori” Hawkins, and Gatlin Hawkins;great-grandchildren, Ellie and Hadley Cowan; Aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.
